Publishers Association plans second digital survey (UK)
The Publishers Association is launching its second digital survey this year and could introduce a quarterly digital survey by 2012. The trade body said the survey came in response to the "significant growth" in digital sales, with e-book sales up 318% between 2009 and 2010. General digital sales increased 38% in the same period. The PA has urged publishers to provide data to it and Book Marketing Limited, which will be producing the survey. It said it hopes to publish the second digital survey in September - The Bookseller
